Dr. Richard Lesser’s Howell clinical documentation infrastructure and patient medical records are securely preserved at this facility.
It is my sincere hope that this letter finds you and your family healthy and safe. I am writing to you to inform you of my personal decision to soon retire from podiatric practice. This is Certainly not an easy decision and unfortunately, I will not be able to see each of you to say goodbye. My 43 years of professional practice have been very rewarding and fulfilling, however the time has come for me to move on to the next chapter of life’s journey.
Moving forward, the ownership and physician staffing of my Office will be transitioned to Dr. Anup Patel and Dr. Amit Shah and associates. Please know this physician team will be available upon my retirement to provide Outstanding care and service tor all your podiatric needs. They have been practicing in the central New Jersey area for over 20 years. I personally have known Dr. Patel for 20 years. I am very confident that you will be in good hands with them.
I want to take this opportunity to tell you how much I have appreciated your loyalty and support over the year and please know that it has been my great honor to be your podiatrist, to care for you and get to know you. My life is that much fuller for having had you be apart of it and I thank you.
